Brae Cottage is available all year round on a weekly basis only from Saturday to Saturday. 

 2010 Prices

  A deposit of 20% is required on booking.

 For pets there will be a £10 per dog  charge as from January 2010

Terms and Conditions

1. All bookings to be confirmed in writing by either mail or e-mail.
2. Acceptance of bookings will be confirmed by either mail or e-mail.
3. A deposit of 20% is required immediately with the balance to be paid prior to six weeks of arrival date.
4. If cancellation is made within four weeks of arrival, your deposit will be retained if a replacement booking cannot be made.  If a replacement booking can be arranged, the deposit will be refunded. 
5. The price per stay is based on a full week's stay from Saturday to Saturday.  The cottage is let on a weekly basis, arrival is from 3.00 pm on Saturday, with departure prior to 10.00 am the following Saturday.
6. Price includes all heating and electricity, towels and linen.
7. Pets may be allowed by prior arrangement and there is a £10 per dog charge.  However, we ask that pets do not climb on furniture such as couches and beds, and that any dog litter is lifted.  An outdoor kennel and run is provided.
8.  We would appreciate it, if guests did not smoke in Brae Cottage as it is family accommodation. 
9. For lets of more than one week, a change of bed linen can be provided on request - please ask!
10. Any breakages should be notified to the Estate Office as soon as possible.
11. Confirmed bookings will be noted as acceptance to these terms and conditions
