Set in some 18,500 acres of hill ground, farmland and woodland, Dunlossit Estate is located towards the north east of the beautiful island of Islay.
Purchased by the Schroder family in 1937, Dunlossit is one of the biggest private employers on Islay, employing around 30 people.
There are seven lochs on Dunlossit, each one has a thriving stock of native brown trout . Boats can be hired from the Estate Office for a tranquil day's fishing, or why not book a day on the Laggan River for some salmon fishing?
